We’re sorry you are having difficulty accessing the Ipswitch File Transfer Customer Portal. Please take note of the following:
- Your myIpswitch password will not work with the new customer portal. File Transfer
customers new to the portal need to complete the registration process to access
the portal.
- In some cases, you will need to register a username other than your e-mail address.
This is because our portal is running on the Salesforce.com platform, and the platform
requires usernames to be unique. You likely have a Salesforce customer or portal
user ID in use elsewhere.
- The customer portal provides services to customers who have purchased File Transfer
software from Ipswitch. Evaluators who have not already purchased an Ipswitch File
Transfer product, may visit the support section of our website.
If after considering the points above, you need assistance with the customer portal, please contact our customer service team and be as specific as possible about the issue you are experiencing.
