With that in mind, we’ve assembled a top-notch executive team that has been facilitating customer satisfaction through research & development, customer support and services, and sales and marketing and we’re excited for another decade of success.
Gary Shottes
President, File Transfer division
As President, Gary Shottes drives the worldwide strategy for product development, service offerings, sales and marketing. He brings a depth of knowledge in identifying new business opportunities globally and looking beyond traditional markets or segments.
Gary joined Ipswitch in 2006 and brings over 25 years of industry experience in technology. Prior to his role as President, Shottes was responsible for the hands-on management and leadership of all domestic and international sales functions for Ipswitch. He was instrumental in managing worldwide sales strategy through direct, distributor, reseller and OEM relationships.
Reid MacGuidwin
Vice President, Customer Support and Professional Services
Reid MacGuidwin serves as vice president, Customer Support and Professional Services within the File Transfer division.
Reid was the co-founder and president of Standard Networks, which brought the MOVEit Central and MOVEit DMZ product lines to market. Under his 20-year leadership at Standard Networks, MOVEit became one of the enterprise market’s strongest and most well-respected file transfer brands. He studied at the University of Michigan.
Jonathan Lampe, CISSP
Vice President, Product Management
Jonathan Lampe serves as Vice President, Product Management for the combined WS_FTP and MOVEit product lines. Under his direction as VP, PM, Jonathan ensures the most demanding security, usability and governance requirements of customers will be met with a strong array of Ipswitch products and services.
Formerly product manager for Standard Networks, he previously played an instrumental role in defining and supporting Standard Network’s MOVEit product line during his nine years with that company.
Stephen Holt
Vice President, North American Sales
Stephen Holt is responsible for management of customer service and sales for all of Ipswitch’s secure and managed file transfer products in North America.
Formerly North American Sales Director for all Ipswitch products, Stephen brings 15 years of sales and management experience in the high tech industry and oversees all domestic sales activities including channel, business development, and direct sales.
He graduated with a degree in Business Management from Assumption College and lives in the northern suburbs of Boston with his wife and daughter.
Loic Triger
Vice President, International Sales
Loic Triger drives Ipswich’s global channel strategy and International markets sales efforts. He supervises the continued growth and expansion in the international marketplace and channel from the company's offices in the United Kingdom and France.
Loic joined Ipswitch in 2001 as Regional Sales Director for the South Europe region. Formerly International Sales Director for Ipswitch’s File Transfer division, he carries 15 years of sales management experience and International business development for US based companies.
Jennifer Shelgren
Vice President, eCommerce Sales and Marketing
Jennifer Shelgren is responsible for creating and implementing Ipswitch File Transfer’s eCommerce growth strategy. Jennifer focuses on online best practices, email marketing, as well as growing and managing online and offline marketing plans to meet and exceed ecommerce revenue goals. In addition, she manages the development, implementation and maintenance of the division’s existing eCommerce platform.
She has nearly 25 years experience of diverse marketing experience. She has worked extensively in advertising, technology, and telecommunications for companies such as Interpublic Group, British Telecommunications plc, Kronos, Inc. and others.
Shelgren is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She lives in a suburb northwest of Boston with her husband and two young children.
