Ipswitch File Transfer Professional Services for MOVEit Solutions
Quick Start: The Quick Start package is an administrator-level, customer-specific training session conducted remotely via WebEx. At the end of this session, attendees will be able to configure either MOVEit DMZ or MOVEit Central according to their specific needs.
Remote Training: This session is a half-day session in which you receive Ipswitch training remotely. Typical sessions involve training several administrators or groups of administrators, and covers more advanced topics than covered in the Quick Start session.
Onsite Installation: The Onsite Installation service allows you to work locally with our experienced technicians to:
- Install new software or modules
- Work with network engineers, firewall technicians and security personnel to ensure optimum connectivity and security
- Work with line of business managers and end users to provide the best user experience
- Start migrating from legacy applications and scripts
- Make recommendations on ways to take advantage of new functionality
- Train personnel
Remote Installation: The Remote Installation session package is a half- or full-day session in which a customer and an Ipswitch File Transfer technician work together to:
- Plan or lay the groundwork for a future onsite deployment
- Perform a well-defined task such as "clean up old users" or "set up a process that moves X files from the Y folders" together.
- Perform a remote installation, upgrade or migration of one or more products
Remote Conversion: The Remote Conversion package allows you to work remotely with our experienced technicians to migrate users, groups, folders, and files into MOVEit DMZ from existing ODBC databases, text files, or WS_FTP Server.
Custom Solution: Our Custom Solution session allows our experienced technicians to customize your MOVEit DMZ or MOVEit Central solution to meet specific business requirements or provide a tailored user interface. Our technicians will use documented script, task, and template capabilities and extensions to create custom scripts, advanced tasks, reports, and more.
Custom API Application Development: The Custom API Application Development package builds a custom MOVEit Central API-based or MOVEit DMZ API-based application to your specifications. Typically uses of this service include:
