Ipswitch Expands its Madison Offices and Support Center

Strong demand for MOVEit file transfer product line credited for growth

Lexington, MA – July 14, 2008 – Ipswitch, Inc.’s File Transfer division, the leading developer of secure and managed file transfer solutions, announced today the expansion of its Madison, Wisconsin-based sales, support and Research & Development operation dedicated to its MOVEit product line. The move to a new 7,400 square foot Ipswtich MOVEit center is due to strong global demand among Fortune 1,000 and small and medium enterprises (SME) customers for Ipswitch’s MOVEit file transfer line of products. The new Madison site is nearly twice the size of the previous facility and will support the company’s enterprise file transfer division. This new location will enable the File Transfer division to better serve its growing base of customers.

The new facility will enable Ipswitch to expand the Madison workforce over the coming months and will open July 14, 2008.
