Fortify Transmission Security
Transport provides a scalable perimeter server ("ProxyPlus") for inbound and outbound communications that eliminate potential data at rest issues in non-secured areas of the network. Whether receiving files from trading partners or pushing files to them, data is securely streamed through your DMZ with internal IP addresses concealed from external partners.
Scale as Business Volume
The ProxyPlus perimeter server can be network load-balanced across multiple physical or virtual host servers and configured to listen on multiple ports and subnets. This enables you to "go wide" to accommodate all trading partners, and align proxy deployment to match protocol usage.
Open and Proprietary File Exchange
Transport offers a full complement of open protocols and can act as either server or client in a file exchange session. Transport communications adapters enable you to harness proprietary or third party clients and run them under MessageWay control. This presents a "single face" to your trading partners, regardless of their choice of protocol.
Guaranteed File Delivery
Transport employs persistent delivery techniques to ensure that either every transmission is completed, or that alerts are issued in the event of non-delivery.
