Existing Customers

To purchase the Web Transfer Module or Ad Hoc Transfer Module, you must own WS_FTP Server 7.1 or higher.

Upgrades and Support Agreement renewals require a serial number.

Later versions of WS_FTP Server include the serial number in the 'Help', 'About this Product' page. Show me where.


All registered users are entitled to warranty coverage, which includes includes e-mail support and telephone support, for 30 days after purchase date.
