If you or your organization has purchased a MOVEit product, then you are entitled to technical support as described below:
We provide support via phone, email, and secure message as per the required annual MOVEit maintenance program. MOVEit support coverage also includes the right to download and deploy bug fixes and new versions of these products.
MOVEit Freely - Support for this freeware licensed software is provided only in cases where a MOVEit DMZ server is involved in the file transfer.
ActiveHEAT, HEAT, or IntraGate - Support is included in the paid mandatory annual maintenance programs for these products, which also include the right to download and deploy bug fixes and new versions of the product that are commercially released during the paid maintenance period.
EMU Terminal Emulation - Purchase of paid annual maintenance for EMU is optional. Clients who buy maintenance are entitled to support as well as the right to download and deploy bug fixes and new versions of EMU commercially released during the paid maintenance period.
OpenIT or UniGate Front End Processors - Support is included in the paid mandatory annual maintenance programs for these products, which also include the right to download and deploy bug fixes and new versions of the product commercially released during the paid maintenance period.
