MOVEit Support
Ipswitch File Transfer Division provides responsive, high quality technical support services to MOVEit evaluators, licensees and hosted customers, and for certain Standard Networks legacy product licensees. This includes phone, email and secure message access to our MOVEit support staff, and 24/7 access to the MOVEit software, documentation and knowledgebase on our support site (registration required).

Normal business hours for the MOVEit support staff are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central North American time zone (0800-1800 GMT-6) Monday through Friday, except U.S National Holidays.

Evaluators
If you are actively evaluating MOVEit Central and/or MOVEit DMZ, then we invite and encourage you to contact our support staff by phone or email to discuss any MOVEit technical questions, issues or concerns, or even just to evaluate the accessibility and quality of the support we provide. Evaluators enjoy free access to the MOVEit support staff and services.

Licensees
All MOVEit Central and MOVEit DMZ licensees are entitled to the following support services under their MOVEit Software License and Maintenance Agreement.
- Upgrades to all new versions of their licensed product – at no additional charge
- Access to the MOVEit knowledgebase on the support site
- MOVEit-related security bulletins and alerts delivered by secure message
- Unlimited access to MOVEit support staff, as specified below
There are two levels of MOVEit maintenance: Standard and Extended. Both provide phone, email and secure message access to support staff during our normal business hours. Outside these hours, MOVEit licensees with Extended Maintenance have emergency 2-hour callback access to MOVEit support staff.

Hosted Customers
Organizations with a signed MOVEit DMZ Internet Application Services agreement are entitled to phone, email and secure message access to the MOVEit support staff during our normal business hours. This is in addition to the hosting-specific support services detailed in the agreement.

Legacy Products
Individuals and organizations with a license for any of the following products developed by Standard Networks (which is now a part of Ipswitch) are entitled to support as detailed below.
ActiveHEAT, HEAT, IntraGate
Support is included in the paid mandatory annual maintenance programs for these products, which also include the right to download and deploy bug fixes and new versions of the product that are commercially released during the paid maintenance period.
EMU Terminal Emulation
Purchase of paid annual maintenance for EMU is optional. Clients who buy maintenance are entitled to support as well as the right to download and deploy bug fixes and new versions of EMU commercially released during the paid maintenance period.
OpenIT or UniGate Front End Processors
Support is included in the paid mandatory annual maintenance programs for these products, which also include the right to download and deploy bug fixes and new versions of the product commercially released during the paid maintenance period
